[Aide] aide --update issue.

Dear All,

When i try to update the database aide command generate error.

#aide --update

Couldn't open file
/var/lib/aide/please-dont-call-aide-without-parameters/aide.db.new for
writing

i tried changing the permission of database from 6 to 750 and event tried
777 with same problem

any helpful advice will be highly appreciated.
