[Aide] Error with cron.daily

Hi,

my installation of aide works well when I start is manually from cmd line, but when I start the cron job: /etc/cron.daily/aide it hangs and when I quit it with Ctrl-C then I get following error:
touch: cannot touch `/var/run/aide/cron.daily/postrunlog': No such file or directory

I am running aide on debian 6.

Any idea what I should fix?

The cronjob you mention is supplied by the debian package. Please request support there.
